I'm not sure if you have noticed, but I certainly have noticed that the past month or so has seemed to be a period of waiting and stagnation. There has been a longing to move forward, to push through with new ideas and concepts, but no real inspiration or motivation. Basically, it has been a period of forced stillness resulting in doubt and fear creeping into every action that you try to take. Wondering if this is really where you are supposed to be going. It is no wonder, after the last year managing crisis after crisis that we might be having a hard time fully allowing creation to take shape. The sacral chakra is often referred to as the 'water' chakra. Water is the home of emotion, healing, birth, creation, and passion. When water is churned up like the ocean by a squall all you can do is hold on for dear life, but when the waters become glassy and still it is the moment right before the seed of creation bursts through that unmoving surface. In the Tarot water personifies love. What are you passionate about? What do you love doing or creating? What brings you true joy? Now is the time to balance the sacral chakra so we can bring our desires and manifestations to life literally.
In an effort to bring balance to the 'water' chakra I have infused the pictured sacral chakra mandala crystal grid with reiki. These healing energies were sent out to all those willing to accept it through the middle of May 2021. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) -
The sacral chakra is the second of the seven main chakras and sits between your navel and pubic bone. It is considered to be the seat of all creation, whether of human life or ideas and passions. This chakra is also known as the 'dwelling place of the self'. It is where we truly come to know ourselves. Without a balanced sacral chakra it can be hard, not only to find our path, but to create the way towards finding that path. Everything that you create in your mind is a product of the sacral chakra.
The sacral chakra is associated with the color orange. Orange embodies enthusiasm, determination, fascination, creativity, attraction, success, encouragement, strength, endurance, and is the color of enlightenment.
The six petals of the sacral chakra mandala represent perfectly the dualistic nature of the human condition. 'As above, so below.' The number six carries the vibration of unconditional love, emotional depth, grace, balance, and harmony; elements that can be embodied when the sacral chakra is healthy and open. We are all a mixture of light and dark, firmness and gentleness, self-less and selfish. This yin and yang relationship is represented by the sun and crescent moon shown in the mandala and both are surrounded by the circle in a permanent union. The sun carries the warming motivational energy of the masculine while the crescent moon carries the cooler nurturing energy of the feminine.
Red Quartz Points (In the central circle) :
Red quartz helps to release emotional pain and revitalizes the physical body. This type of quartz contains iron which is responsible for the red color of this quartz, and is an element that imparts both strength and vitality, especially to those who are either physically or emotionally exhausted. Is an amplifier for all other energies in this grid.
Peach Moonstone (In the crescent moon) :
Is a stone of new beginnings that balances male and female energies. Helps to soothe emotional issues and opens the way for deep intimacy. Moonstone opens the mind to serendipity and synchronicity helping creativity and moments of brilliance to flourish. The adularescence present in this stone mimics the natural movement and flow in the fully balanced sacral chakra.
Carnelian (In the center of each petal) :
Restores vitality and motivation, empowers, and stimulates creativity. Calms anger, jealousy and envy. Promotes positive life choices, sharpens concentration and dispels mental lethargy and apathy.
