As you may have noticed, it's been awhile since I have written an energy reading. I must admit that I had grown weary of communicating the same message in nearly every reading. When I pulled the top card in this reading I was so happy because finally here was the energy shift I've been talking about for almost a year. I have been holding onto this reading for six weeks as the energy was not quite right to put this message out. But this morning I knew it was time to write this message when I heard Fatboy Slim's Praise You on the radio. 'We've come a long long way together through the hard times and the good. I have to celebrate you baby. I have to praise you like I should.' This is our message from the universe, they are giving us a round of applause now because we have gone through the fire and we are now on the other side. Make no mistake we have plumbed the depths and now the light is finally pouring in. All you have to do is RECEIVE.
38. Dvara Patra -
I wrote a blog back in June entitled 'Through Grace We Rise' that featured a card with the image of The Phoenix on it. When I pulled the Dvara Patra card I immediately saw the Phoenix embedded in the image above the cup, but instead of the Phoenix coming from the ashes this one was already reborn and nourished by the free flowing love and blazing light of the divine. The Universe is currently flooding us with light and love. Much like the Ace of Cups in the Tarot this is an offer of overflowing unconditional love, a gift that the universe wishes to bestow on each of us, if only we are willing to receive it now. Many of us spend so much time giving of ourselves that we block our ability to receive. Whether we give out of guilt, because we don't feel good enough, or just because it makes us feel good, we need to understand that there is a reciprocal relationship between giving and receiving. You cannot always be the one to give, otherwise you exhaust your energy supplies and start to resent the process. Learning to receive leads to balance in all aspects of life and a deeper connection to your higher self and the divine. The Universe is trying to help us balance this desire to give now, by asking us to receive. Each individual who is ready to open up to and receive this gift is able to influence those they are connected to. Increasing the amount of love available to all. We are connected in this microcosm by such fine threads on the web of life. What we can positively manifest rubs off much like the pollen on a bee onto our inner circle which is then passed on and moves from the center out affecting the entire collective. Miracles can manifest now if we allow and receive them.
